How is the game replayability?

The game looks really fun and interesting. But, it's still a gacha game and those tend to do a lot of time gated content. I just want to ask, if it's the same case for this game? For example, besides playing the main story are there any other mode to keep replay like a rogue-like mode for example. Beside that does the game lock you behind a stamina/progressive system where you need to wait in order to progress or play? Also if I want to figure the game out on my own would it be detrimental to my progression or would I be majorly stuck?
