My app rejected ! Any solution

My app is nursing content, provide clinical assist, medications guide line,lectures, interview, guideline for students and nurses at all.

I received a message from console that it is rejected! Bcz my app look a loke health app and must be organization account, but my account is personal! And to create organization account it is high cost and long time process!

Any help!
