Newcomer

Hi everyone! I recently got into animatronics, and I’m mainly interested in Chuck E. Cheese animatronics. Is it possible to get something decent that works for around $3,000 or less? I’d be happy with something like a working torso and arms or even a half finished robot (not talking about outside accessories like head fur etc) any advice or info is appreciated
