How much of my book do I need to censor so I don’t get fired?

my book is pretty graphic. it has detailed depictions of me fighting my boss. in fact all of the characters are based on my colleagues, by name too. and the setting is the very office building I work in, details exactly the same down to the color of the staple on Autumn Kimball’s desk.

the plot centers around a huge battle taking place in the office between all of us. you got file cabinet barricades, cubicle stealth strategies, the use of stacks of paper and sprinkler systems as distraction/visibility inhibitors. Even coffee is used as a projectile weapon.

but yeah, the office is a war zone. some of my colleagues kill other colleagues with staplers, and like I said I fight my boss, I actually finish him off with a pencil sharpener at the end in the book. oh man, you don’t want to know what I have happen to his family in the “Bring Your Kids to Work Day” chapter
