My theory on Harshad's Kabir Singh potrayal!

So you all might recollect that Shreya and Shilpa kept encouraging Harshad when they were controllers, asking him to show his fun side and do something different. But he pretty much hinted that he prefers portraying intense characters. For a brief while he tried to act fun and carefree, and then went right back to the heartbroken aashiq persona.

I honestly don't know what he's trying to achieve. Ever since he entered, it feels like he's constantly performing, but I wish he had little self-awareness that this perpetual acting isn't coming across as convincing it's just becoming cringe. I can't say whether he's genuinely in love with Shivangi, but he definitely seems eager to audition for the "sarfira aashiq" role. I just hope Ekta doesn't mistake this for great acting and end up casting him for one.

At this point, he looks so over-the-top that even his late-night gym mat "Lovebirds" argument failed to have any real impact. Whether he's angry, in love, or heartbroken, every emotion feels rehearsed. He seems like a v bad actor to me!
