NJ has enforced all towns to build affordable housing since 2025 .With alot of popular builders like Toll Brothers ,Ryan homes , Lenor , etc building all over and building Deed restricted homes for sale.. Anyone actually purchased these homes and whats your reviews so far and buying /building experience.

Websites like CGP&H have been advertising these deed restricted homes alot last 2 years for 3 different income brackets low low , low , and moderate .. Hopefully can get some reviews from actual owners .
