I don't know what to do?

I'm honestly in a pickle, back in April I was accepted into college and one of the requirements of attending this college is I must present to orientation which includes an overnight stay on August 3rd-4th and two days of orientation on August 12th and 13th from 9am-5pm. Its true that we were told orientation would be August 3rd-6th and August 12th and 13th so we could prepare for those days, the issue is I didn't want to let my ASDS know about not scheduling me August 3rd-6th and the 12th-13th since I felt those were too much days off as someone who is still on 90 days and seasonal. Now I know that my overnight stay would be August 3rd to the 4th, unfortunately I am scheduled to close the 3rd, 12th and 13th and I am not sure what to do.

My college expects me to talk to my employer about getting those days off so I can attend orientation but honestly I don't want to take the points for those days if my only option is to call out and it also doesnt seem fair to my coworkers that my college took long to let us know when orientation would be taking place, since starting in April ive not called off once, ive picked up shifts on the xchange, and only been late twice within the 7 minutes grace period and up to this point I seem to have a good relationship with management, getting praise from the store manager for my work so I honestly don't know what to do, should I take the hit or talk to my ASDS to see what other options are available if any?
