Please help forgot to lock my choice filling. Due to preponement of mba round 2 counselling

Forgot to lock my choice preferences.They preponed the choice filling date to 22nd July 11 pm. The notice released on 21st July said choice filling was till 23rd July 11 pm. Will my preferences be auto - locked if I selected "save and go home". Please help it's urgent.
