Anyone in their 40s still game?

I've hit 40 and it's been a decade since I stopped gaming. I used to be a crazy gamer, right from school, up until my late 20s. I stopped to focus on my career, wife etc. I always thought I should come back to gaming when I hit late 50s or 60s cause that's when my body wont be able to play tennis or other physical activities, i won't have a job as well, i won't be travelling much, fun in relationships is out of the window etc. I will have all the time in the world then. What do you think of this idea? Or should I start gaming? Buy a ps5 or 6 later down the line?
