Silly thing to be upset about ig

I've been using ms swift key and I use it's pinned snippet feature to quickly jot down notes, particularly on whatever I'm hyperfixated on to revisit later, just now it cleared all of the snippets I had pinned unexpectedly and there's no way to retrieve them. It's just so annoying to me, this isn't even that bad, this isn't the worst thing to happen this week. I just find it so hard to remeber every single thing I need to do and being able to put them in my copy and pastes to remeber felt like a game changer and now I can't do that and there's no fix, there doesn't seem to be a way to even retrieve snippet history either.

I just feel so bummed out, I was angry before but having to navigate Microsoft ever confusing customer support site drained me. The solution is so simple, having a user facing history of data that's already being collected, but nooooo the average person can't have that
