[HIRING] Venture Lead - Payments at RootstockLabs

RootstockLabs builds Bitcoin-secured DeFi infrastructure that helps companies and financial institutions offer lending, investment, borrowing, and payment products. Its technology combines Bitcoin security with smart contracts to support scalable financial services.

This role will lead a new payments venture built on Rootstock, taking existing protocol technology and turning it into products such as remittances, merchant payments, and programmable or agent-driven transactions. You’ll define the product roadmap, speak with customers and partners, run pilots, and build a dedicated product and engineering team.

You’ll work closely with R&D, help launch several core products over the next 6–18 months, and take responsibility for early partnerships, distribution, and revenue. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of independence, suited to someone who has already built crypto payment products and is ready to lead a venture from the start.
