Dialation insights?

Does anyone have any feedback on what they believe might be the smallest dilator size and dot in order to have average penetrative sex? At least on average or even with someone who is smaller...

I am approximately four months post op and I have been having one hell of a time with the green dilator. Early in my recovery, I was able to size up very quickly to green dot 3. I was not able to make much progress past that.

Then, a time period came where everything got really tight and it was hard to do much dilation at all. That is subsided now However, when it comes to green it is just nothing but troubles in pain. I can get to green dot one with some frustration and dot 3 is like max effort.

Now i'm facing the problem where I am just overwhelmed and tired. Can anyone state if they have had good results just staying on the blue dilator? I need something i can do consistently without burnout.

Does anyone know if you stop dilation Or dilate minimally are there negative health consequences Aside the loss of use of canal? Like infections pain etc
