What the hell is happening with 322UR x24

Does anybody know why this monitor has so much trouble with supplies? Im specifically talking Central Europe perspective. I have a 9950x3d 5080, 1440p IPS and im trying to get my hands on ANY tandem 4k 32 in not 1300 price. PG32UCDM3 stays at 1300, so my next bet is 322UR X24.It supposedly is already launched, Amazon states it launches December (YES, DECEMBER) 4th, some small IT shops have it but for inflated price, like goddamn. How is the situation is USA and UK? Is it all over the world, or just my region sucks ass? Or should i just give up entirely and get the stilm avaible previous gen? Im waiting for half a year now.
