Why do people hate Jax?

I can't think of any good reasons to hate Jax: "He's mean" People also like villains, are you mad at them? "He's pushed people to suicide" villains kill people too "Her being trans isn't needed" So what? It's not that bad, are you gonna get mad at Zooble because they use any pronouns? "He takes up all of the series" HE'S A MAIN CHARACTER.
