My obc-ncl certificate got rejected!!!!

I couldn't get my certificate on time. So I had to upload acknowledgement and it got rejected in round 1.

Am I eligible under OBC-NCL category for round 2 or will it be according to general.

Helppp please

Thankyou in advance
