Are we ever going to see those IBO MS option sets again

Im new to gundpla and ive started to collect IBO kits. I’ve seen some of the old option set weapons and accessories and wish I could get them for my kits
Would there ever be a reissue or something of them and as-well is there any way to 3d print similar accessories for now?
