How to not get “forever and ever”?

I’m genuinely so confused on how to get the other consequence. I sent the SOS signal, got every character alive, left the planet to go back to earth, and also Eisele ending the clone program. It does say “Reach Survival First” but I don’t know where it is in the turning point chart, so I guess I didn’t reach that but I don’t know how to get that
