Sparkle 200 spd vs 160 with rin and archer

Currently running sparkle E0S0 at sudo 200 spd using eagle 4pc and S5 DDD. Sparkles combat speed is 167.

My Archer is E0S1 and I plan to get Rin E0S1. Given that we want Rin to be faster than sparkle because of her ultimate is 160 spd on sacredos better for sparkle now? Rin can be at 141 with spd trace or 161?

Seems hard to make sudo sparkle 200 spd work otherwise?
