I want to forget someone (my ex)

I’ve been in love with my ex since sophomore year. I’m going into my senior year and haven’t been able to find interest in anyone else since he ended things with me in January 2025. He was my first everything, and it’s reached the point where I can’t go a day without thinking about him at least once, checking his social media at least once a week, or getting into a talk stage without comparing everyone to him. He’s going into his sophomore year of college, so we don’t see each other unless we run into each other in his college city. I need advice on how to move on and just live my life.
