Where do most customers put the mixer and diverter?

I have a 48 x 48 shower and a shower with separate mixer and diverter controls. Do most of your customers put their mixer at 48" and the diverter 6" - 10" above that? Or do they lower the height of the mixer?

I know it's whatever the customer wants. But generally speaking, what have you guys seen the most in terms of placement. Trying to do whatever is most common not what "feels" right.
