Airbag error

The dashboard is showing warning lights for the airbag and the unfastened seatbelt; BMW 330d (2006 E90).

I connected a diagnostic tool and it shows multiple error codes; one of them is 93B2. I replaced the airbag squib (M1), but the light remains on.
