Why is Chloe so inconsistent in season 3?

Chloe has to be the most inconsistent characters in miraculous ladybug season 3 cause sometimes Chloe is able to handle not getting the bee miraculous but sometimes Chloe is unable to handle the fact that she isn’t getting the bee miraculous and I don’t know why she was written so inconsistent when writing her. If you want to write a proper failed redemption arc you need to consistently show that Chloe is unable to handle not getting the bee miraculous but thats never the case
