Need Feedback!

I'm looking for feedback on my first book! I'm completely open to honest—even brutal—criticism, because I believe mistakes are some of the best teachers.

Feel free to critique anything: the characters, writing, pacing, plot, worldbuilding, dialogue, or anything else you think could be improved. The only thing I ask is that everyone stays respectful toward the author.

i'm always willing to change parts of the story if the feedback makes sense. Even if I decide to keep something, your critiques will help me understand what worked, what didn't, and how I can become a better writer.

One thing I want to mention is that I know many stories online end up abandoned. I don't want this to be one of them. I've already planned out the remaining major plot points for the book, so I fully intend to finish it. At this point, it's just a matter of writing it all. Hopefully, I'll have it completed within the next two months.
