Ask for another raise? Or find a new job? 😂

I've been with the company for 8 years. Same store, same store manager (with multiple smit that took over at times) my sm is back in store full time just in time to give out raises.

I just got my raise. .54 cents. The two other people that the raises were being allotocated to both got a .74 raise.

I am still making the most, but the other two have only been there for roughly 2 years.

& yes my performance is good and so are my numbers.

If or when my additional raise gets denied I don't know whether to quit, accept it, or try and transfer to another store.

What would yall do?
