To clarify I don't think she should be added i like her design and i think she's a good fan made part of tf2 i just don't think she should be added but if she was here's how I'd do it

First some bullet point objectives

Mimi has to be unique from the rest of the cast ideally doing something that no other merc can do

She has to be fun to play and fair to play against

She has to work best with team play because i don't think tf2 has enough of that

She has to have a diverse kit

So first is my thinking for the base stats

Speed about the same as pyro maybe a little faster

Hp 135 a little more tanky compared to scout

Knockback resistance to enemy explosives i don't know how much that would need to be adjusted

Weapon slots two one primary one melee slot

====================================================

Primaries

Tiny gun

A smg like weapon (just the mini sentry turret visually)

Damage 80 (might need to be adjusted)

Ammo in clip 30

In reserve 70

Fall off would be similar to SMG

Gatling (visually the same as a level two sentry)

Damage 90

Must rev up

\-50 speed

Has a cone and enemies in the cone get auto locked

No knockback on enemies

No random crits

(Lower camera sensitivity maybe that might be bad?)

Tele gun (mimi sentry gun with bits on it)

Damage 50 (might need to be adjusted)

Ammo in clip 20

In reserve 70

Fall off would be similar to SMG

With the r key allows mimi to teleport to friendly engineer teleporters and enemy teleporters that are being zapped

Malee

The pipe wrench

Cannot repair buildings

Dmg 80

The homewrecker

Literally just the homewrecker in its current state in this hypothetical update pyro would no longer have it and mimi would so pyro cant comply screw over spy

Pack a punch

Every kill gives user and one random teammate full ammo

Applies to metal

Dmg 90

No random crits

Slower swing speed

Other quirks with mimi

Mimi cannot be backstabbed but has to be zapped stoping their movement and draining their health until death engineers and mimis with the homewrecker can remove the zapper

Mimi will explode as a death animation but when in water will fall apart into sparks when killed

Mimi will have a positive relationship with engineer pyro medic and heavy as well as Pauline but will have a negative relationship with soldier demo spy and sniper

I imagine that mimi will make the same walking noises as the mvm clankers but will have a different voice effect being built by the tf2 engineer and not Grey's company

Medic cannot heal mimi but can ubur her engineers can heal mimi with wrenches

Mimi will have a dash and each dash that can be activated with shift and each dash is a bar and mimi can store two dashes they recharge with damage only

(Im not an expert this is just how I'd start development of mimi and playtesting would be required and more weapons would probably be needed)

A shitpost on mimi sentry
