Accountability vs. Continuously Fueling the Issue
Yes, I get it. Nagka-issue or nagkaroon ng friendship problems sina Mentor, Jen, Meiko, Blinkglow, and Forda. Pero ang hindi ko gets is ilang buwan na ang lumipas since hindi na sila nagka-collab sa TikTok, tapos ngayon pa sila biglang dumadaan sa FYP ko with long captions na obvious namang patama kay Forda, especially about how her friendship with Leon ended.
I remember one time na may inistitch si Mentor about Forda na sinasabing copying her content kasi nag-Japan din siya after, and even rented a dog. Pero sinabi rin naman niya mismo na hindi and matagal na nakaplan yung Japan trip niya, and he also said na maging happy na lang for her. So, obviously, it seemed like he was no longer investing time and energy into opening up about what happened between them before.
I’m not here to defend Forda or say na wala siyang naging mali. If she did something wrong, then she should be accountable for her part in whatever happened between her and her former friends - Mentor, Jen, Meiko, and Blinkglow.
Pero ang point ko is, bakit ngayon pa? Bakit ngayon lang sila nagsasalita, after months have already passed, and bakit patuloy pa rin ang pagpo-post ng mga videos na obvious na patama sa kanya? I think it’s also wrong to keep fueling the issue by continuously posting videos about her NOW.
If the friendship ended and everyone has already moved on, then sana hindi na rin patuloy na binubuhay yung issue through indirect posts. Accountability should go both ways. Forda should be accountable for her part, but the people involved should also be accountable for their own actions, including the way they continue to fuel the issue.
