Asus TUF B850-Plus WiFi not detecting Bluetooth

Hey, I've had this pc for almost 8 months, I built it myself with all new pieces, and I've been having a problem where when I turn on my pc, the bluetooth and WiFi won't even appear in Windows Settings and the BT controler would appear as hidden in the Device Administrator.

I have to turn off the pc and cut off the power in order for it to be active again. I have a MediaTek BT adapter installed, could that be the problem?
