Ex-wife(36f) re-married and has a baby now, meanwhile I'm stuck

I (36M) just went through my 8th breakup in 20yrs years. My girlfriend(38f), someone I was genuinely planning to marry ended things saying her emotional needs weren't being met. This was my 2nd relationship post my divorce

Looking back at my dating history, all of them were long-term and serious. I've never cheated, never had flings, never used dating apps. But I've barely had more than a few months single since I was 16.

I've been in therapy on and off but stopped recently when it started feeling like it wasn't working or maybe it was starting to work and that's exactly why I stopped. I have a pattern of finding someone new within a couple months of being singleb and I already know that's probably going to happen again even though I don't want it to. I will again find someone and try to woo them to get into relationship. At this point I'm tired of being such guy and I'm afraid that I will perceived as a womaniser.

I don't actually feel hurt when a relationship ends. My focus immediately goes to "okay, let that go, what's next" I treat breakups almost like a failed job opportunity, where you accept it and move on to the next one. Even now, days after this breakup, I already know I'll be okay in a month or two and will find someone new. not that I'm careless with people but that I might not let myself feel loss at all.

Meanwhile my ex-wife remarried and has a baby now, it's hard not to feel like I'm the one who's stuck, still repeating the same cycle while everyone else moves forward. I'm feeling like a failure.

I don't want to keep doing this to myself or to the next person I date.
