Orange kitten help!! (pee)
TLDR version-
The Problem: Adopted a male orange tabby/Maine Coon kitten to keep my ESA cat company. Neutered on July 7th, used the litter box fine at first, but began peeing on your bed and having accidents on his cat tree around July 10/11.
Cleaning Steps Taken: Deep-cleaned bedding with enzymatic/stain spray, washed on a sanitary cycle, threw out the ruined cat tree, and put pee pads under your sheets to protect the mattress.
Current Status: Went pee on the bed (July 20–22) despite daily litter box scoops. Taken to the vet on July 21st; UTI was ruled out, but he likely has bladder inflammation causing him to strain/dribble.
Next Steps: Given anti-inflammatory and antibacterial shots, moved the litter box closer to the bed, and actively redirecting him. Waiting for meds to work, with a follow-up vet visit planned in two weeks if it continues.

length version w details:
Hi all, i recently have adopted a male orange tabby / maine coon mix kitten from humane society where i live- adopted him to to have my ESA (hes legit lmao i have a drs note) to not be so lonely when i work long days at work, he has had other animals interact with him, my orange kitten He was neutered when we adopted him (jul 7th) and he has been using the litter box fine until maybe 10/11th of july when going to change my bedding he discovered it uncovered lol and decided to pee on it. (also few cat tree accidents with poop and pee then did pee pads to cover it andddd long story short threw out the tree wasn't able to be saved...)
I used a pet odor/stain spray on my bedding, i also used a enzymatic spray to soak and clean it up too so he wouldn't come back to the bed he hasn't cried whilst peeing,(not that i've heard, i am deaf too) even put the enzymatic spray on my bedding too before putting it on sanitary cycle in wash.
7/20-7/22 he peed on the bed again despite the litter box for him and my esa being cleaned everyday and topped with fresh litter. Yesterday 7/21 i took him to the vet convinced he has a UTI and vet says he doesn't but he may have inflammatory / anti bacterial on his bladder that's causing him to dribble-strain to pee and go in/out of the litterbox. He got an anti-inflammatory / antibacterial shots to help with it and today 7/22 he has his litter box closer to the bed now within reach in hopes he goes there and not the bed again. I'm now waiting it out with the shots to take effect, pee pads laid on the bed under my sheets so it doesn't soak into mattress again- re directing him if he comes on the bed towards litterbox, so I would greatly appreciate anything that helps with this issue, vet said to come back in 2 weeks if he's still going on the bed.
