Hello everyone, and hopefully, someone from the Ubisoft Dev/Community Team sees this.

I am completely locked out of playing Ranked/Standard right now due to a massive desync bug with the new ShieldGuard system. I am currently sitting on a **24-hour Abandon Sanction**, and I have accumulated 8 false abandons strictly because of this technical failure on the game's end.

**The Issue:**

1. I queue for a match.
2. The game finds a match, but instead of loading me in, the screen goes black with the loading icon.
3. Or sometimes, it actually loads the scoreboard, but then immediately kicks me out.
4. I get an error message: **"Removed from Match - R6 ShieldGuard kicked you. Reason: Client not responding"** or **"Bad service version" (Error Code: \[2-0x00019008\])**.
5. It throws me back to the main menu and slaps me with an Abandon Sanction for a match I was never allowed to play, or a match I actually reconnected to and won.

**What I've tried (Nothing worked):**

* Verified game files.
* Completely uninstalled and cleanly reinstalled ShieldGuard/BattlEye.
* Allowed all `.exe` files through the Firewall/Windows Defender.
* Flushed DNS and reset my network stack.
* Updated my bios

*I have attached a video showing exactly how the game fakes joining and then kicks me, along with a screenshot of my unfair 24-hour ban.*

Is anyone else experiencing this absolute nightmare? Does anyone have a workaround? I paid for this game and my time is being wasted by an anti-cheat bug. Ubisoft Support just sends automated template replies and closes the tickets.

Please upvote for visibility so the devs can investigate Error 2-0x00019008.
