It's sad that we are treated this way

Illinois here. This makes no sense. We have to work to get benefits, which I always have, but the requested verifications upon renewal this year aren't even acknowledged. Uploaded in ABE the day they're requested and nobody looks at them or does anything. The due by date is tomorrow and my case will be canceled if not renewed by the 31st. So I have to call once again and be on the phone for hours waiting while I am supposed to be working!!!! Why are we treated so horribly?? If the 23rd is the due date will someone review my shit tomorrow?? I submitted on the 13th. People need to do better. I'm gonna lose my job being on the phone for 2 hours wth
