What does the navy have to offer?

I originally wanted to join the army, I made it far into the enlistment process. Long story short, none of my top five jobs are available for training until next year. My recruiter has sent me other jobs I qualified for but I don’t want to settle. I hate to have made it that far just to walk away but I was curious as to what the navy has to offer. I didn’t research any other branches at the time and I don’t know if I want to go talk to a navy recruiter because I’m unsure and would hate to waste their time.
