Intense pressure and back pain

So im 38weeks. i’m having horrible pelvic pressure and i’m peeing every 10 minutes. Also so much pressure in my butt. I literally feel like it’s gonna explode. About an hour ago, my lower back left side started hurting and now i can’t sleep🥲 I got induced with my first and it turned to emergency c section. So i have no idea what signs to look for. Is this possibly the beginning ?
