healing my piercing

hey! i got my left nostril pierced about 6 months ago. apart from the occasional irritation bumps i got during the initial healing process it had been doing pretty well until this morning when i randomly woke up with my left nostril inflammed and slightly red. due to the inflamation, i cant move the stud (it's a corkscrew) and looking at it it looks like its digging into the skin. the best way i can describe the pain is the kind you get just a couple hrs after getting a new piercing. i was very consistent with cleaning it and have not had any issues with it for atleast the past 1.5 months.

what do i do?
