Would AI Roleplay be Useful for New Agents?

During new employee orientation my presenter briefly mention AI training. How do you guys feel about this? I have a background in software engineering and was considering making an app for new agents to practice setting appointments, cold calling, objection handling, etc.

I’m hopefully going to start in the office soon but in the mean time I’ve been practicing with ChatGPT, however, it seems to 1 dimensional.

I ask because there’s not a lot of apps for insurance training. Would this be a genuine tool to help new insurance agents?
