Is DHPT worth pulling for?

I get that he is good in endgame modes and works for a lot of teams.

In my current situation, I have Sparkle but no Archer so I’ll be getting him instead of Gil and will be pulling Rin.

My healers are Luocha, Gallagher, Huohuo (used in Elation team).
Given that, should I still get him?
