WIBTA if I ask my partner's grandparents to spend over $200 for my birthday?

Asshole

My(30F) birthday is next month and my partner's(30M) grandparents want to celebrate it by making me dinner at their house(his grandma is a great cook) or taking us out to a nice restaurant.

For context, my partner and I have been together for 11 years. They love me and consider me their DIL. They've taken us both out or made us dinner every year since we moved closer to them (5 years ago). They are both retired with an inheritance so money is no problem for them. They often spend money on their kids and grandkids because they are very generous and loving.

Last year I asked her to make one of my favorite meals and we stayed the night. This year I really want Japanese food. There aren't many options in between us (they are 75mi away) but I found a restaurant that offers hibachi and has a nice sushi menu. This is literally my favorite meal. The last time I had this was 5 years ago when they took us out for my birthday.

What bothers me is the fact that they will have to spend over $200 easily for me to have the meal I truly want(I made an estimate by looking at the menu). They also aren't fans of sushi or most Japanese food. I'm low income and come from a low income family so I very much understand the value of money. I worry this is overstepping. WIBTA?
