Please help me find a fanfic

The most I can remember is it was a transmigrator born into the Stark family around the time when the Targaryens took the lands that would become The Gift which made the MC I believe convince the North to deny it and secede once threatened which led to war with the Targaryens where the North revealed they had Ice dragons I believe and they managed to take down a handful of dragon riders and hold them hostage in exchange for the Targaryens recognizing their secession. Then the MC modernized the North and created a college I believe and eventually MC died while telling his family to not get involved with Southern politics and then another transmigrator arrived and almost immediately got involved in Southern politics by backing Rhaenys (either her or Rhaenyra) any help is appreciated for the name or where to find it thanks!
