People who’ve got crores invested in the markets, how do you sleep at night?

I’ve been investing in mutual funds for 5+ years now. And I’ve been through a couple boom and bust cycles now.

And till now, my exposure to the market wasn’t all that much. The first bust during the 2022 time frame caused a draw down of about 20%, which was just 2L back then.

And the second was during 2024, which was another 20%, which was just about 5L drawdown.

These were small numbers for me relative to my income, and I was comfortable with it.

Today I have 60L+ invested into the markets and investing about 30L more into it every year. A 20% draw down would mean 12L+ in drawdown.

Now this has started to be a sizeable portion of my income. A 1% dip on a random day is a 60K dip.

The volatility is kinda bothering me. Maybe it is a temporary thing.

How do you people with crores in the market deal with daily volatility? Does it start feeling normal at some point?
