Is there a mod that makes the game a bit more linear? and no so open world?

I was thinking of deleveling the world. But maybe there are more ways/mods to do it.

Think of something like witcher 2. it's kindaa open but you are locked in that specific place till you complete the quests. But you can do any quests in that place.
