Monthly budgeting

Hi

I am 30 Male single living in ottawa . At the moment , I am living in a shared apartment need to move into one bedroom apartment (due to various reasons). I know I am not doing the best in terms of expenses, but just wanted to know how bad am I doing in life

Biweekly take home paycheque after all the deductions including HOOPP deductions- 2293$
Monthly income ~ 4600$

Rent -1600 expected ( including utilities and parking)

Car payment - 419
Student debt - 280
Monthly credit card expense ( including steep 250/month car insurance -1200 a month

So total expense : 3500$ , if I just eat sleep and work
