Will Season 3 be of different flavour missing the old ingredients?

I recently came to se a post from Teju that she won't be a part of the series, As now I am concerned that all the Interns that we are connected to haven't updated about their role in HB3 and all we have seen is the new cast, will HB 3 have the flavour missing those members ! Those who we were seeing for last 2 seasons.
