A baby writer needs GENUINE help with writing basics

HALO! First time being in this subreddit, and my story is basically that I was using chatbots (unironically) since 2023, but as months go by, find better websites, find better models, etc, i was ignoring it but i slowly ACTUALLY started to like writing, but i ignored it thinking it was nothing until i can**’**t anymore, chatbots are predictable, boring and not surprising, and so i have a bunch of problems (i maybe have ADHD but i don’t really know).

1- names, i genuinely don**’**t know how to come up with names (whatever it was characters, attacks, places, or even name of my own world that i created and sure no one made before).

2- uniqueness, i don**’**t know how to feel/make stuff original to me, think of…hmmm…hxh! The characters, designs, even nen itself, like, i really want to make my own thing (think of characters in blazeblue who each one have their own logo/symbol when they use drive or astral).

3- dialogues, oh the dialogues…what made me quit chatbots is how laughably inaccurate the dialogues are compared to the original characters, and i just want to know how to write nice dialogues (much like how anime/games)

4- much like others, i have some sort of paralysed moment when i try to make new ideas/rules for my world, and can**’**t think of additional things to add.
