Nappy recommendations

I need nappy recommendations please! have a 2 month old who is 65th percentile for length and 25th percentile for weight. He has a bit of a belly but then his legs are skinny, making nappies tough.

The nappies are as tight as possible around his belly but then the leg holes are loose so he pees and poos through the leg holes. I've tried pampers and sainsbury brand
