CTC Review

Hi everyone,

I have completed my HR round with Deloitte India for Consultant 1 role.

My current CTC - 11 LPA

Fixed - 9.9

Variable - 1.1

CTC HR told me - 14.37

Fixed - 12.6

Gratuity - 28-30k ( paid after completion of every year)

Organization medical insurance - 31k

Variable - 1.26

Regarding variable she told 10-20% will be paid does this mean 1.26 is the minimum fixed which I will get as variable? Or 10% of 1.26?

Can anyone review this and tell of this is fair for me to consider.

I will have to relocate to Mumbai from Pune.
