What happened to my eye?

While i was riding bicycle suddenly its hard to open my eyes, difficult to explain but it was same feeling as slicing onions except there is no onions and no smell of onions. It was sunny (noon time, tokyo)

There are a lot of sunny days i rode bicycle but it didnt happen to me.

I had to stop riding bicycle because im already tearing and it was difficult to keep my eyes open.

What do you think happened to me? Is it dry eyes or some sort of photokeratitis? Have you guys ever experienced the same?
