Planning my first solo date. What are some fun things I can do?

I'm 21 and honestly i dont think i am going on a real date anytime soon so i am planning my first proper solo date.

The current plan is to visit three different malls since they're close to each other and very different in overall vibes. I mainly want to window shop at cloth different cloth and utility showrooms then probably end the day with a good meal.

The thing is, I don't want it to be just "walk around and eat." I'm looking for fun, slightly unconventional things to do alone that don't necessarily involve spending a lot of money.

What are some things you've done on solo dates that made them memorable? Could be little challenges, random activities, places to visit, or just something that made the day feel special.
