Looking for longterm RP-Partners!

I'm currently looking for a (long-term) RP-Partner. I have some 8-ish years of experience in RP and over the years I would say that my tastes did not really change, while my standards did get raised a little. That might sound a bit silly to some, but we all know that some level of seriousness and in-universe logic is required in every good RP.

Before I get to my favored genres, I want to tell you what I value in a decent RP-Partner. Above all I really value chatting aside from the RP. I believe that a good communication is important. I'll literally never just ghost anyone. If something does not work out, I'll say it nicely and right away. And I love talking about the stuff we write in the RP (or anything really). All I ask for is that you would do the same for me. I even would go as far to say that I also really appreciate well put criticism and do my best to better myself based on it.

So long story short: Just be yourself when we are chatting and don't just say what you think I want to read.

During the RP I prefer quality over quantity! So if you happen to post a paragraph that is a little on the short side (like 3 lines or similar) it's totally okay, if the content is not just random filler and gives me room to give a good answer!

Oooookay, I think I got every general aspect of how I work and what I ask for down. If you still have questions, go ahead and ask them. I'll be happy to answer anything you want to know.

What genres/settings do I prefer?

Well, actually I can deal with most things, if you give me the time to adapt. But I do prefer Sci-Fi or (High) Fantasy settings.
Stuff like 'Slice-of-Life' is nothing I am really passionate about, unless aspects of my preferred generes get mixed in.
Romance, Action, Crime or a combination of everything is acceptable though!

If you want to do a fandom RP I'm afraid I don't really have many of them where I can see myself having enough knowledge/motivation to start a RP on.
I'll just list the ones where I'm proficient and interested enough in.

Also a random note on the side: I prefer playing an OC, if possible. Not that I can't play canon characters, but I prefer them to be some NPCs.
