How is SDG Prinia ?

Project is in starting phase and I want to invest. Any one visited it. Price seems good and near to development.

Reviews please.

Below are my concerns :

1. Road to it looks very narrow and evening traffic is a very high.

2. I have seen lot of tankers in that area last week. Not sure of water issues.
