Any tips, 19f medium porosity hair with hair fall?

Hey so basically I'm 19f and I am going through a large amount of hair fall my hair thickness is getting weeker.

Having split ends and it's almost tangled up everyday and if I try to like and Tangled them they usually come out and bunch I'm quite scared because of the amount of hair falling out of my head. Can you please provide some sort of tips for me maybe some natural tips I did some water borosity test and and it suggested that I have medium porosity hair and right now I need some sort of solutions for hair care products I can use cheap and good quality product tips would be very appreciated also I need some sort of hair mask and all that from what I can make on my own also like I really want to cut my hair but the fact is that I am really scared it won't go back again so I really want to know that to will my hair grow back or not I really want to have a short hair because I am having the real but hair fall what do you girls suggest
